Our 2025 School Year commences on Tuesday 28 January for all students in Years 1 to 12. We welcome our Prep students on Wednesday 29 January.
Junior school students should arrive around 8.00am and meet at the Junior School Breezeway. Parent can use the Ring Road to drop their students off, or park off-site and walk their children in.
Senior students should make their way to the Assembly Hall. Year 7s can meet with their Head of House, Middle School Coordinator and Dean of Students directly out the front of the Main Administration Building.
Senior students should be dropped off in-front of the tennis courts on Chermside Road or in the drop-off area of the Bus Bay.
Students are expected to arrive on day one with a suitable haircut, no artificial tans or false nails and in full, correct Summer uniform. Please refer to our Uniform Requirements for more information.
We provide our students with a private bus charter service that we share with Ipswich Grammar School. Buses deliver students in time for the 8.15am start of the school day and depart from the School shortly after 3.00pm.
All students wishing to use this shared charter bus service need to complete a Bus Service Application Form.
Junior school students should arrive in their full, correct Summer uniform and bring their stationery items, if they haven't already dropped them at school, a lunchbox, water bottle, school hat and school bag.
Senior students should arrive in their full, correct Summer uniform with their book list items, their locks for their lockers (Years 8 to 12), their laptops (Years 8 to 12), school hat and school bag.
A desktop site where you can update personal details for yourself or your child, check your school account, make payments for excursions etc. This can be accessed by visiting: https://parentlounge.iggs.qld.edu.au/parentlounge/
If you don’t remember your password for Parent Lounge it’s easy to reset. Simply enter your email address (the one you have registered with school), then click on the forgot password option and follow the prompts.
Our School App version of Parent Lounge where you can update personal details for yourself or your child, check your school account, make payments for excursions, etc. as well as lodge absences.
More importantly with fixtures, this is where you will get notifications about weekly fixtures, training cancellations etc. When logged into Parent Orbit, click the bell icon in the top right corner to view the notifications.

To login to the TASS ParentOribt App, use the same credentials as your Parent Lounge account. To download the App, please visit the app store for iOS or Android.
The Parent Portal is an information site only, not to be confused with Parent Lounge or TASS ParentOrbit. It contains general information about School, the Co-Curricular opportunities, Boarding and Uniforms as well as a basic A-Z. You will still need to use the same credentials as your Parent Lounge account.

Our School Canteen is managed through Chartwells. The canteen is located in the dining room of our Secondary School and serves a wide range of fresh, nutritious meal items, most of which are freshly prepared on the premises.
Junior students should place their food orders using the Flexischools system and their meals will be delivered at meal times.
Senior students can also place orders through Flexischools or que in the line at meal times to purchase food.
